Inclusions
Concept narrative, furniture plans, and finish schedules. Procurement assistance is €120 per hour.
Payment
Consultations after the appointment. Packages: 40% on signature, 60% on delivery of the final pack.
Vineyard estates with three or more occupied buildings receive a custom cap after the estate brief rather than a simple multiple of the whole-house rate. That keeps early conversations realistic before detailed salon drawings begin.
Deposits are refundable only if work has not started, as stated on each order form you sign with Maison des Landes.
